How to send a newsletter?

A big part of sports club management relies in communication with the members across all teams. With SportMember you can send out newsletters to the people which are or have been connected to your club.
It is possible to design and send the club's own newsletter in different layouts.Just choose the layout and the people you want to sent it to.
You can upload new members from Excel and send to them or existing club members. Deleted members will be transferred to the list of recipients of the newsletter.
Open News and Create newsletter
- Click on Club in the upper left corner
- Click on News
- Click on Newsletter
- Click on the green button Create newsletter
- Define subject field, content and possible attachments
- Choose the layout and decide at the bottom who should receive the newsletter
- Finish and send the newsletter by email by clicking Send
- TIP: By clicking on the More button you can add newsletter recipients (members who are NOT in the club on SportMember) and you can export the list to Excel.
