Open Members in the club and see who has their email address blocked.
Click on Club in the top left corner
Click on Members
Select the Email filter and tick Blocked email addresses
You are now in the club's member list and will see recipients with blocked email addresses (who therefore do not receive emails sent from SportMember), marked with a next to the email address.
You can now choose to unblock individually or unblock several at once.
Unblock individually
Find the member/coach you want to unblock (search for the name in the search field)
Click on
Click on Unblock
Click on Unblock and confirm with Yes
Unblock multiple members at once
Click on More on the right of the screen
Click on Unblock
All blocked email addresses in the club are displayed, now click Unblock all emails and finish with Yes
Select all members after applying the filter
Click on the three dots in the blue column above the members' names.
Click Unblock
All blocked email addresses of your club are now displayed, click on the bottom right corner on Unblocked
Whichever method you use, the system will now attempt to resend the emails to the recipient(s).
If the user still does not receive emails from SportMember, or is again put back on the block list, contact SportMember at info@sportmember.co.uk to unblock.
In the email, please indicate which email addresses/people you would like to have unblocked.
