Old Boys - Hvidovre
It was a coach's dream.
It really was. Two years of blood, sweat and break out drills and the Falcon OBs executed this game to perfection on the Coach's last game before he moves to Tokyo.
The house was pumping and Cardi B gushing from the JBLs. There were fist pumps from the kids going down the hall, fawning locals eager to meet the Falcons, autographs and intermission interviews.
And can you imagine? This was an away game in Hvidovre made up entirely of +35 year olds who aren't even so pretty.
But back to the game - it was textbook. The Falcons forwards swooped back to pick up short, snazzy outlet passes. The forecheck and cycle were relentless all night. Even Rene faced five shots total, but took six himself from long range. We call that plus 1 !
Little did they know that Coach Phil LeBlanc would hit'em with five. FIVE. HIGHLIGHT. REEL. GOALS. Including;
The Bar down clapper.
And an epic empty netter (kind of).
An unreal 5-1 dismemberment of the Hvidovre.... Ishockey... Klub guys?
