How do I create a member?
Go to Members
- Click on at the bottom of the screen
- Click on at the bottom right
- Click onAdd member/coach
- Enter all information including username (must be unique) and password
- Finish with the green Create button and an email is now automatically sent to the member with the login link
The new member will now be displayed in your member overview and will also receive a welcome email with username, password and a login link with which they can log in directly to SportMember.
- TIP: Click Advanced at the top when entering the information to see more rows
Note: Once the member receives the login link in the email and logs in from there, he/she can change his/her information including login details.
Alternatively, you can invite your players in another way or import them via an Excel file. Here is the link to the explanation on how to import players via Excel.
