🌱 Spring Has Arrived – And So Has an Exciting Finish to the Season! 🏑

Spring is finally here, and after a long and cold winter, we are back outdoors where we belong! The fresh air, the green pitch, and the sound of sticks and balls once again set the scene at Gentofte Hockey Club.

For our senior teams, this means one thing: the final half of the season awaits – with semi-finals ahead and an intense, action-packed spring on the horizon. The work done over the winter now turns into opportunity.

⚔️ Team Spirit Across Generations

Last Saturday, our senior and youth teams came together for a fantastic team event – fencing in Hellerup. It was an inspiring day filled with laughter, competition, and community spirit. Seeing players across age groups connect off the pitch is what makes our club truly special.

🔥 Indoor Season Success – FINAL4 Here We Come!

This year, our U10, U12 and U16 teams all had their eyes on one goal – reaching Final4.

And they did it!

• 💪 U10 qualified after two intense matches – winning one and narrowly losing the other. What a performance!

• 🔥 U12 secured their place as well and showed great teamwork and determination throughout the indoor season.

• 💥 U16 also qualified and will be heading to Kalundborg ready to compete at the highest level.

That means THREE youth teams in Final4 – an incredible achievement for our club!

Our strong collaboration with KH and Hørning has been a major success. Thanks to this partnership, we did not cancel a single match during the entire indoor season. That consistency, commitment, and unity have helped us reach this milestone.

A full day of matches, community, and the grill fired up at the clubhouse. A true celebration of club life!

📅 May 30–31 – DHU Level 1 Coaching Course
We are proud to host the Danish Hockey Union’s first Level 1 coaching course. Investing in our coaches is investing in our future.

🎉 June – Birthday Celebrations & Summer Vibes
Two fantastic summer days celebrating our club’s birthday, followed by a major club event on June 20 to wrap up the season in style.
